Download Our “Roundtable White Paper” Our key will be good coaches and Volunteers! Most youth sports experts will tell you improving the knowledge, the attitude and the coaching ability of the individual, who is working directly with the kids, is the most important action any youth league can take. The CYAP provides coaches education in many different sports. Our coach’s education program is being developed to focus on making volunteer youth sport coaches aware of their responsibilities to provide for the psychological, emotional and physical needs of children on their team. Furthermore we have a comprehensive risk management program designed to protect all youth. We will be sharing any negative results discovered through a MOU to other community teams. This information will be shared with any league partners regardless of their affiliation with us. We have partnered with the Positive coaching alliance to put on courses for other sports organizations as well. The quality of your child's sports experience depends on it!
