Founded by Barron Wilson, CEO/ Executive Director of ALPHA CONNECTION YOUTH &FAMILY SERVICES www.alphaconnection.org, and the High Desert Yankees Baseball Club is a community outreach organization. Our mission is to use athletics to open doors to college for disadvantaged and at-risk youth in the High Desert Region of Southern California. We hope you will contribute to this worthy cause.

The High Desert Yankees Baseball Club is located in Apple Valley, California. Youth baseball resources are limited at best and many families do not have the means to support local athletic programs. In the past, the High Desert Yankees Baseball Club has relied upon local donations to assist in providing bare essentials such as cleats, uniforms and basic equipment. In the past two years, the need for assistance has reached an all time high. Your organization is well known for your generous contributions to many worthy charitable organizations. Naturally, you recognize the importance of giving back to the community. Your contribution of cash, sporting goods, or anything else would make a great impact. Your donation can improve their lives as well as the lives of others in the community. May we count on your corporate support?

Your contributions provide scholarships to skills clinics, participation fees to league events and competitions and equipment to those whose families can’t afford to provide their own. The High Desert Yankees Baseball Club works diligently to help students and their parents to acquire college scholarships. Eventually, with the assistance of sponsors like you, we would like to fund scholarships for our students as well.

Participation in community service activities is one of the most important ways each of us can become involved with the challenges facing our community. We feel businesses can benefit from advertising opportunities generated by events through sponsorship and participation.
